We are partnering with local fitness studio, Barre3, to bring their energy to Sunday mornings this summer! Experience a full body workout that will leave you feeling balanced and empowered. The Barre3 pillars are strength, cardio, and mindfulness – all while having fun. No experience required, the workout is designed for all fitness levels. Bring your mat and water bottle. Classes are designed to be barefoot, but welcome to wear athletic shoes if preferred. After class, stick around to enjoy brunch at one of the Montgomery Quarter restaurants!
